How our ordering process works.
Unsure of how to order? Read below to see how our ordering process works.
1. Search through the titles we offer under the various categories on the “Books” page.
2. Once you have found the book/s you would like to order, click on the “Select Options” button underneath the book description and fill in the required details.
3. After you click “Add To Cart”, your order will be sent to us. We then generate an invoice that is emailed to you.
4. You must send proof of payment to starofthestorysa@gmail.com before we can begin creating your book/s.
5. Once POP has been received, it takes 24-48 hours for your book/s to be completed.
6. If you chose the collection option, you will get an email from us letting you know when and where to collect from.
7. If you chose Aramex delivery, please allow an extra 1-2 working days for your book/s to arrive.
8. If you chose delivery within 15km radius, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to drop off your order.
