Please note these are personalised children’s stories in which names, ages etc are personalised and imagery is standard characters.

Returns and refunds:

Should you be unhappy with your standard product no refund is applicable as we are unable to repurpose the book.

Any sketch imagery is at the Discretion of the sketch artist and images are in black and white.

Should there be an error on the book as a result of the star of the story team you may request a full refund and return the book to us at your expense.

Should you wish for the error to be rectified Star of the Story will collect the book, correct the error and return the book. – Please allow for 3-5 days lead time and courier – NO FULL REPRINTS WILL BE MADE as replacements, only error pages will be rectified.
